"A pinch of praise is worth a pound of scorn. A dash of encouragement is more helpful than a dipper of pessimism.A cup of kindness is better than a cupboard of criticism."-William Arthur
"A word of encouragement during a failure is worth more than an hour of praise after success"
-Unknown
"There is nothing better than the encouragement of a good friend."
- Katherine Butler Harthaway

Life is full of ups and downs, what matters most at the end of it all?
did we respond in the right manner to people, situations, tasks and demands of life?
Did we do our best for truth.. did we encourage people along our way who may seem to be the least importance to our "to-do-list", did we encourage people to love and to love the one who love us the most-GOD.
Word of encouragement. Indeed, a soft answer turneth away wrath.
Let us learn and be encouraging cause you won't know what your word of kindness does to the soul of a wounded friend or person. =)
Hurtful words can tear down, encouraging words can build up....
which one will you choose?
I need you Lord.
By your grace, help me with the latter one.

smiles of young ones
smiles of young ones.
What amazing God we have. The young tender hearted ones never fails to warm the hearts of many, including those who may seemed aloof, naturally smiles when the sweetness of a child came forth from just a smile or touch or just being who he or she is...
Working with children daily is a challenge, with the consistent reminder to strike a balance between being firm yet gentle, loving and disciplining, playing vs being serious....at the end of it all, physically, emotionally, intellectually and socially, can be draining for both parties if not handled in the correct manner..working with children drives me closer to the Lord each time, needing that patience, correction, teaching and most importantly-Love.
Balance is the key, but the motive of all we do must come from the great source---LOVE.
"Love is patient, love is kind and is not jealous; love does not brag and is not arrogant, does not act unbecomingly; it does not seek its own, is not provoked, does not take into account a wrong suffered, does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails."-2Cor13
Indeed, love never fails.
